Nicole Siqueiros-Stoutner is a trained mediator, attorney, former judicial officer, and conflict resolution specialist with nearly two decades of experience resolving complex disputes. She brings a practical, solution-focused approach to mediation that combines legal insight, judicial experience, and a deep understanding of family dynamics.

Nicole completed a comprehensive mediation course and has extensive experience working with families in conflict. Nicole is also the co-author of Co-Parenting by Design with Annette Burns, which focuses on helping parents navigate conflict and create healthier co-parenting relationships. She previously served as a judicial officer in the Maricopa County Superior Court, where she presided over juvenile and family law matters and gained valuable perspective on how courts evaluate disputes and determine outcomes. This experience allows her to help parties realistically assess their positions and work toward practical, durable agreements.

As an experienced family law attorney, Nicole understands both the legal and emotional issues that often drive conflict. Her mediation style focuses on structured communication, informed decision-making, and creative problem-solving so parties can resolve disputes efficiently and avoid the cost and uncertainty of litigation.

Nicole received her J.D. from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and her B.A. from the University of Arizona.
